Zhongguancun International Frontier Science and Technology Competition, created by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Zhongguancun Administrative Committee in 2017, aims to closely follow the development trend of frontier science and technology, gather enterprises and teams with international leading frontier technology in accordance with the method of "Global Invitation, Free Exploration and Open Roadshow", and build an international high-level frontier science and technology exhibition and exchange platform, as a part of Zhongguancun Forum, the competition has developed into a high-level international frontier science and technology competition platform for external communication. As a part of the Zhongguancun Forum, the competition has developed into a high-level international frontier technology competition platform for foreign exchange.
With the theme of "opening up new frontier tracks and cultivating new developmental energies", the 7th Competition was launched on May 28, 2023, and a total of 3,164 projects from 8 regions and 75 countries and regions were solicited. After 59 regional competitions and field competitions, Zhongguancun Frontier Technology Top 10 projects in 10 fields, including biomedicine, artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, were selected, of which 22 winning projects entered the global finals to compete for the first, second and third place.
Following the outstanding performance in the regional and field competitions, KunYou Optronics demonstrated its outstanding strength and great potential in the Grand Final, and successfully won the Third Prize in the Grand Final of the 7th Zhongguancun International Frontier Science and Technology Competition!

1. Micro-Nano Optics and Machine Vision. Since 2019, the company has been in continuous mass production in the flagships of first-tier cell phones around the world;
2.AR Diffractive Optical Waveguide. At present, KunYou's AR optical waveguide sequence has been successfully imported into well-known customers including international and domestic Internet companies, several first-tier Chinese terminals, first-tier Internet companies, and whole unicorns in the AR field;
3.Fiber optics. Automotive and LiDAR related products will complete the car factory certification in 2021, and successfully imported into domestic head new energy models in 2022, and become one of the few related companies in this industry segment that have passed the 16949 automotive regulation certification.
