Senior Process Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1.Participate in the research and development of photolithography, etching, coating and other process procedures;

2.Responsible for solving technical problems arising during the process development of new products;

3.New equipment, material evaluation and process introduction.

Position Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in physics, optics, microelectronics, electrical automation or related majors, with good English reading and writing skills;

2.Five or more years of engineering experience in semiconductor related industry, familiar with wet process, photolithography, etching, coating process, familiar with a variety of measurement equipment;

3.Knowledge of grayscale lithography, or electron beam lithography;

4.Semiconductor or optical product development experience is preferred.
