Optical Engineer

Responsibilities

1. responsible for the use and maintenance of plate making equipment;

2. formulation, implementation and tracking of process experiments;

3. product testing, data collation analysis and reporting;

4. responsible for solving all kinds of technical problems in the process of product development;

5. hold regular group meetings according to the product development;

6. Communicate regularly with domestic and foreign customers on product development and mass production.

Requirements

1. Master degree or above, majoring in physics, optics, microelectronics, MEMS or related majors, with good English reading and writing skills;

2. Strong communication and presentation skills, good self-management ability;

3. strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, and strong hands-on ability;

4. strong sensitivity to data, good at analyzing and summarizing.

5. familiar with semiconductor processing analysis and testing methods.
